**Commencing salary $62,799 per annum plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading**:

**ABOUT THE ROLE**: We are seeking a motivated and committed individual to join the Student Management Team at the Institute as a Student Management Officer. This pivotal position provides a high-level administrative and operational support to service students, employers, Government agencies and staff to ensure effective, consistent and reliable systems are used in the management of the student lifecycle.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Provide timely and professional customer service in all forms of communication tools
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of student and course information
- Provide advice and guidance in relation to course and enrolment information and processes
- Provide statistical data and assist the Coordinator and Leader as required

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma with little or no relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role, ideally within an education setting, involving the co-ordination of a range of functions and relevant qualification preferably in administration.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment, a strong commitment to client service principles and the ability to be responsive to client needs.
- Robust organizational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required. Experience using student management systems (specifically Tech One Student Management) and/or electronic direct mail software is desirable.
