As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing assistance with various financial services inquiries, including policy details, claims processing, onboarding and account management.

While recent graduates are welcome, we seek individuals with a solid dedication to customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly grasp financial concepts. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and upholding the company's standards of service excellence.
