Accounts Receivable Officer (CBD)

Accounts Receivable Officer for an Aged care company based on the outskirts of Melbourne paying up to $40ph **Your new company** This incredibly reputable aged care company based on the outskirts of Melbourne are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This is to help with the backlog/increase in workload in a high-functioning finance team. **Your new role** In your new role, your key responsibilities include:

- End to end accounts receivable
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify billing information and resolve internal discrepancies
- Assists with the AR reports, aged debtors etc
- Communicate effectively regarding payment terms, invoice queries, outstanding balances.
- Assist with month end and any additional queries.

**What you'll need to succeed** You will need to be:

- Immediately available to start
- Have strong AR experience
- ideally within a similar industry
- If you have experience using Epicor that will be very advantageous, but is not essential.
- You must also have covid, flu vaccines as well as NDIS check.
