About the role

We’re seeking a Maintenance Inspector to ensure safe, effective, and efficient delivery of maintenance works across our road network.

Day-to-day, you will: Conduct inspections and assure the quality of maintenance works on assets- Identify defects, non-conformances, and prepare repair reports- Manage work orders, asset data, and compliance audits in Maximo- Monitor and report on HSE standards and recommend corrective actions- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, working closely with community teams- Engage with contractors and service providers to ensure standards are met- Provide technical advice, condition assessments, and compliance reporting
