As regulatory scrutiny and the complexity of lending fraud increases, strong governance, transparent frameworks, and disciplined delivery are critical to ensure investigations are conducted consistently, are defensible, and meet audit and compliance requirements. In this role of Senior Initiatives & Governance Manager you will report to the Head of Fraud Prevention, Detection & Disruption, doubling down on customer obsession and owning it. Each day you will go above and beyond to provide:
- Establish Framework: Establish and maintain the operating model, tools, and frameworks supporting lending investigations
- Governance: Lead governance across investigation processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory, audit, and control requirements as well as risk and regulatory commitments
- Risk Oversight: Define and enforce frameworks for risk management, compliance, and quality assurance
- Measurable Outcomes: Ensure investigation outputs are complete, consistent, and defensible through structured quality oversight
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Risk, Legal, and Customer Divisions to support remediation and uplift activity We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience in fraud, financial crime, lending operations environment
- Experience working across enterprise governance forums and delivery functions
- Strong governance and control mindset, with the ability to establish and enforce frameworks across complex operational environments
- Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives and embedding new ways of working at scale
- Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements within financial services
- Ability to design and implement operating models, frameworks, and processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across Risk, Legal, and business units
