Due to strong business growth and transformation, there is now an prospect for a highly experienced Accounts Payable officer in this newly created role.

Your new role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable officer to join our team in our Port Melbourne office. Responsible for processing and managing the Accounts Payable function.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Processing invoices and high volume data entry.

Matching invoices to purchase orders.

Reconciling and processing high volume invoices.

Assisting in the Accounts Receivable function when necessary.

Following up on invoice approvals.

Month-end administrative tasks.

Communicating with internal stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a high volume Accounts Payable function.

Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

Strong and clear communication and time management skills

The ability to communicate and build relationships.

A team-oriented and team-focussed approach.
