Your new role You will play a key role in providing administrative support to senior leaders within the organisation Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing effective and confidential administrative support, including managing phone calls and correspondence, typing decisions and orders, and proof‑reading, formatting and editing documents.
- Organising and prioritising workload and tasks to support the efficient management of workflow and ensure tight timeframes are met.
- Finalising orders and decisions, including preparing documents for publication and uploading to external databases such as AustLII, JADE and LexisNexis.
- Maintaining accurate records in accordance with relevant case management and records management systems.
- Building strong, collaborative working relationships with colleagues to ensure the timely and effective processing of decisions and orders.
- Undertaking a range of general administrative duties and any other tasks as directed by the coordinator or supervisor. What you'll need to succeed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability to assess case information.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience in case management within a legal, tribunal, or government setting is desirable.
