Section Waiter (Haymarket)

The Love Tilly Group is looking for wait staff and a supervisor with a passion for outstanding food and wine to work in our hatted CBD Italian restaurant
- Palazzo Salato. Palazzo Salato is a Roman-inspired trattoria in Sydney, Australia. It is known for its handmade pasta and focus on sustainable Australian proteins, and boasts an extensive international wine list of over 800 bottles. Palazzo Salato is emerging as one of the top premium casual dining locations in the CBD and maintains an accessible and fun atmosphere. We are open lunch and dinner, Monday to Saturday. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate front of house wait staff. You would be required to primarily manage a section along with performing other related tasks such as cash handling, attending pre-shift briefings and training, opening and closing duties, etc. ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 year of similar restaurant experience required
- Valid working rights
- Valid RSA certificate
- Good on-going availability at nights
- Good communication and personal presentation
- Love for good quality food and wine ADDITIONALLY
- WSET training programs provided in-house
- 30+ hours a week available
