What You\u2019ll Do

Lead technical design and implementation across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.

Architect scalable, cloud-native systems designed for growth and enterprise reliability.

Collaborate closely with the CTO and product team to build high-impact features.

Set engineering standards, lead design reviews, and ensure best practices in performance, reliability, and security.

Mentor fellow engineers and help shape the engineering culture.

Improve internal tooling, CI/CD, observability, and operational workflows.

You\u2019ll Bring

10+ years in software engineering with proven experience building and scaling full-stack enterprise platforms.

Experience designing and delivering distributed systems, data models, APIs, and end-to-end applications.

Extensive experience running python backends at scale

Expertise in cloud architecture and IaC tools like AWS, CDK, Terraform.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and performance optimisation.

A strong product mindset riven to build what matters and iterate based on real-world use.

Nice to have

Startup or scale-up experience.

Experience with LLMs, speech technologies, or AI/ML systems.

Public technical work (GitHub, blog posts, talks, etc).

Frontend: TypeScript, React

Infrastructure: AWS, CDK, Terraform

Transcription: Proprietary fine-tuned STT

CI/CD: GitHub Actions
