Supply Chain Support - QTMP (Fraser Coast Regional)

This is a great all-rounder type role for someone starting their career in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics. At Downer we plan, create and sustain. As the QTMP project grows, we are now seeking a Supply Chain Support person to join our Supply Chain & Procurement team. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager -QLD, this new role will see you work closely with internal operational teams as well as a number of suppliers to support the end to end supply chain activities across purchasing, logistics, warehousing and site support. Responsibilities
- Sourcing and ordering materials
- Receiving and receipting goods
- Purchase to Pay (P2P) activities
- Coordinating logistics
- Managing stock levels
- Ensuring efficient onsite vendor and consumables management This is a fulltime, permanent role, based onsite at our Torbanlea Manufacturing Facility. You will spend the first few months based at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre to complete training. About You
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or warehouse operations
- Willing to obtain qualifications within a supply chain & procurement, and/or logistics related discipline
- Experience in receipting goods/services
- Experience with ERP systems for purchasing, receipting and inventory management
