Civil Project Engineer – Main Road Upgrade (Fraser Coast …, Fraser Coast Regional

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to oversee civil construction projects, delivering an $11M intersection upgrade project and other subdivision and road works within TMR specifications and standards. You will join an experienced team across three projects and have the opportunity for leadership development. Qualifications and Experience Reporting to the Project Manager, you will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. The role requires a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works, with extensive experience working within Transport and Main Roads (TMR) standards, specifications, and frameworks. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
- Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, standards, and TMR requirements.
- Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of projects’ financial performance.
- Manage and maintain client relationships.
- Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment.
