The Role We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Processing guest check-ins and outs
- Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
- Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
- Completing the day-to-day office administration
- Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests What we look for To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
- Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
