As an educator, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Ensure child safety and welfare at all times
- Actively supervise and interact with children in a warm and responsive way
- Ensure every child is able to engage with educators in meaningful, open interactions
- Ensure delivery and maintenance of routines and programs specific to the room including small groups
- Ensure that all families are communicated with in a warm and professional manner.
- Create compelling learning environments for the children in line with the OAC Grow curriculum

**About the role**:

- Full-time position working across a rotating roster
- Work alongside a supportive team who will mentor and guide you
- Ensure every child is able to engage with educators in meaningful, open interactions
- Interact with each child in a warm and responsive way and build trusting relationships
- Create interesting learning environments for the children in line with the OAC Grow curriculum
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
- A Current Working with Children Check
- To be a trustworthy, dedicated and positive team player
- To be a citizen or permanent resident or have other valid work rights
- A passion and willingness to succeed in the childcare industry
- An understanding of child protection & mandatory reporting responsibilities
