**About the Role**
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 0700
- 1500
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 1445
- 2200 (6 month maximum term contract covering maternity leave)
- Casual: covering a variety of shifts

In this role you will:

- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
- Use the latest technology
- including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

**About You**

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
- Kindness in your DNA
- Strong empathy
- Outstanding communication skills
- A reliable, friendly and professional style
