Product Marketing Manager - Roadside & Motorcycle Insurance …, Toowong

**The role**

As Product Marketing Manager for Roadside and Motorcycle Insurance, you’ll own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for these products, driving sales, retention and growth. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Product, Pricing Partnerships & Alliances, Digital Marketing, and external partners to deliver results.

You’ll develop go-to-market strategies, manage campaigns through the line, and leverage data to optimise performance. You’ll also play a key role in adopting AI and innovative marketing approaches to increase efficiency and impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing plans that achieve sales, retention, and growth targets.
- Manage campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring speed, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise outcomes.
- Analyse data to inform decision-making, refine customer targeting and segmentation, and optimise marketing strategy and execution
- Identify new marketing channels, test innovative ideas, and embed continuous improvement.

**What experience you’ll bring**
- 5+ years’ experience in direct and/or product marketing, ideally within financial services or another regulated industry.
- Marketing Automation experience as part of a broader product or direct marketing background.
- Proven success delivering through-the-line marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing agencies and working with internal creative teams.
- A commercial mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, commerce, or related field.
- Passion for motorcycles or roadside services is a plus.
