- Prepare monthly management accounts & financial reports
- Develop and maintain project feasibility models, development budgets & financial forecasts to support project planning & decision-making.
- Monitor project profitability & job costing, alongside tracking & reporting on Work in Progress (WIP)
- Build & maintain project cash flow forecasts
- Assist clients in managing construction finance facilities, including lender reporting & monitoring progress claim payments.
- Business partner with developers, project managers & directors to provide financial insights that support project delivery & commercial outcomes.
- Consolidate financial results across multiple entities & development projects
- Identify opportunities to improve controls, processes & systems to enhance financial operations
- Support clients with scenario modelling & financial analysis (project feasibility, cost variations and development profitability). What we're looking for:
- 3 years’ experience in business services or management accounting
- Experience within construction/property development, or working with clients of such nature (highly desired)
- Natural commercial acumen with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Exposure to advisory services, or delivering monthly commentary & management reports to leadership teams
- Ability to build budgets & cashflow forecasts (or at a minimum have strong theoretical knowledge)
