What You’ll Be Doing: Hours: 6am
- 2:30pm, Thursday
- Monday CLOSED: Tuesday & Wednesday Creating consistently amazing coffee, every single time Connecting with customers and providing warm, memorable service Supporting the front-of-house team and lending a hand where needed Assisting with hot and cold beverage prep Opening and closing duties Maintaining a clean and professional work environment What We’re Looking For: Full time or casual with the ability to work all 5 days we are open. 3 + years' experience as a barista in a busy café Confident working solo under pressure and keeping cool during peak times Must have high level latte art skills and fast turnaround on coffee orders Strong customer service and the ability to build genuine rapport Excellent communication and teamwork Familiarity with health and safety standards Well-presented, reliable, and enthusiastic Willing to pitch in across different sections of the café when needed What You’ll Get: A buzzing café atmosphere with a close-knit, high-energy team Above award wages + penalty rates + superannuation Opportunities to grow and progress into leadership roles A fun, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture Team celebrations and plenty of good vibes Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3qg2p8
