**About this opportunity**

As the Finance Officer, you will be responsible for financial functions to support our growing business to ensure all financial tasks are completed accurately and all regulatory requirements are met. Based in our Toowong office, this opportunity calls for someone with strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills to effectively manage and support the financial requirements of the network.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process accounts receivable.
- Process accounts payable.
- Month end reconciliation and reporting.
- Handle Home Care Package statement processes, including claims and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the company.
- Assist with cash flow management and provide additional support as needed.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Relevant accounting, finance or related qualification advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- A connecting, skilled team player with an eye for operational excellence in a rapidly growing organization
- Robust customer service skills with a flexible approach
