**Your Role as an Experienced Team Member**: As a seasoned pro, you’ll bring robust service skills and leadership potential to the table. You’ll be:

- Leading by example, setting the pace, and supporting your teammates.
- Taking ownership of key stations
- grill, wrap, dress bench, floor, or till.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences with confidence and efficiency.
- Assisting in training and mentoring new team members.
- Keeping the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail.
