Compliance Manager (Toowong)

**Your New Team**: Join the Governance & Continuous Improvement team within Auto & General's Growth Ops division. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Manager and contribute to shaping and maintaining best practices in governance and continuous improvement. You’ll help ensure compliance across various teams while supporting initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness. This is an excellent chance to be part of a newly created team, driving meaningful change across the business.

**The Role**: As a Governance & Continuous Improvement Analyst, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and enhancing governance practices, analysing data, and providing insights to improve our processes. This role is essential to supporting our commitment to high standards of compliance and operational excellence.

**Position Accountabilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of governance frameworks.
- Monitor compliance with relevant standards and legislative requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
- Prior experience in audit or governance roles.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and legislative requirements, particularly within financial services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
