If you have a passion for healthcare, a minimum of 3 year's management experience in general practice, the ability to work autonomously, and excel in leading and managing a reception team, we want to hear from you!

**About Us**: **Top Health Doctors** is a group of doctor owned GP and skin cancer clinics focused on the highest level of patient care. Our clinics provide comprehensive general practice care and an extensive range of specialised services. Top Health Clinics have on-site Allied Health services. Top Health Doctors have a number of clinics across Brisbane and the south side. Our clinics are modern, well appointed, with a supported and committed team of healthcare professionals.

This fabulous opportunity is at our West End clinic, located in the chic Montague Markets, with 8 GP's (many of which are p/time), 2 practice nurses and visiting Allied Health.

**Key Responsibilities**: As a PM, you will play a crucial role in our clinic's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Autonomous Leadership**: Taking charge of daily clinic operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Reception Team Management**: Leading and managing our reception team, rosters and fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
- **Patient Care**: Delivering excellent patient care and assistance, including appointment scheduling, inquiries, and support.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Overseeing administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with our medical team to ensure seamless patient experiences.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in a general practice setting (leadership experience ).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in clinic management software (Best Practice, HotDoc).
- Passion for healthcare and a commitment to patient & staff well-being.
