**The Role**

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager of Partner Performance to join our team. This key role involves supporting the development of our White Label Partnerships strategy and driving performance across Partner accounts. You will lead the Partner Performance from a contract management, service levels, relationship management, project/change delivery, operational and communication perspective our great partner brands, being Qantas, ING Direct, Virgin Money and Coles Insurance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive White Label Partnerships performance from a sales, contract management, operations, service levels, relationship management, project/change delivery and communication
- Lead and develop a large cross-functional team to deliver strong Partner Performance.
- Foster a culture to support a highly engaged, high-performance team
- Design, implement and embed improved contract obligation, risk and control frameworks to support an uplift in risk management and execution
- Manage contractual commitments and ensure relevant risk & control frameworks align with these commitments.
- Maintain strong long-term Partner relationships.
- Manage competing Partner priorities and risks.
- Oversee and manage compliance and governance frameworks relating to White Label Partner Distribution.
- Oversee audits and manage governance frameworks.
- Launch, grow, and maintain White Label Partners.
- Manage Partner-related complaints and incidents in line with established complaints management and incident management frameworks.
- Report on program compliance and improve processes.
- Support tender processes and onboarding projects.
- Collaborate with internal leaders to align priorities.
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans.
- Manage budgets and deliver financial goals.
- Develop talent and maintain team capacity.
- Optimize service delivery through effective resource planning.
- The GM of Partner Performance will also be accountable for supporting the delivery of agreed Alliance Product Partnership initiatives relating to our Life Insurance, Roadside Assistance & Travel Insurance products through the Partnerships & Alliances Delivery Team.

**Qualifications & Experience**

You are a strategic leader with a strong track record of guiding teams to commercial and operational success. You excel in process improvement, problem-solving, and fostering strong partner relationships. With a background in financial services, preferably insurance, you have managed complex contracts to ensure compliance with risk management.

Customer-centric and commercially focused, you are skilled in strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, driving sales results and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on large programs of work. Your resilience and commitment to diversity and inclusion enable you to engage effectively with diverse teams.

Additionally, you possess the following:

- Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Ideally 10+ years of Partnerships and Leadership Experience.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in design thinking and problem-solving.
- Experience in continuous improvement frameworks.
- Strong skills in building trust and team dynamics.
- Ability to coach and develop a large team.
- Leadership experience in financial services (Insurance preferred).
- Experience in managing complex contract negotiations.
- Experience in leading large projects and/or programs of work in an agile workplace.
