**About Us**: We are a long established urban quick service restaurant (QSR) & takeaway specialising in the ultimate fresh Australian fish & chips. Serving locals, university students & visitors alike every day, located on the beautiful river suburb of St Lucia within walking distance from the University of Queensland.

**The Position**:

- We are seeking to expand our current kitchen team and are looking for team members to work in a relaxed professional setting, the duties consist of plating orders and frying seafood/fries.
- Must be well presented & have clean kitchen hygiene standards.
- 18 hours 6 days (3 hour shifts per day), including weekends.
- Kitchen experience is preferred.
