**About the Role** As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of cleaning services across two SEQ Schools sites in Redlands and Coomera. Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will lead a small cleaning team and collaborate closely with operational staff to achieve our service goals. Your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to) supervisory duties, ensuring compliance, facilitating communication with clients and stakeholders, conducting inspections, administration and rostering, and assisting the Facility Manager as required.- This is a full time, permanent position (38 hours per week). The role requires flexibility in working hours to align with operational requirements, including availability across a split shift roster (4am to 8am, and 2 pm to 6pm).**About You** We are seeking a skilled communicator who can effortlessly build rapport with stakeholders. With a hands-on approach, you'll be methodical and systematic in delegating tasks and ensuring their completion. Mandatory requirements for the role are a current drivers licence and possession of or ability to obtain a Blue Card
