**About the role**
- **Provide** exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly
- **Collaborate** with the Restaurant Management in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and coordinate with the team to ensure guest satisfaction
- **Manage** workload and follow company procedures to increase productivity and ensure effective operations of the restaurant
- **Lead By Example** by embodying our company's values and fostering a positive work culture

**About you**
- **Passion for People**: eagerness to develop yourself and others while maintaining and modelling excellent standards and providing exceptional service
- **Communication Skills**:strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Adaptability**:ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
- **Experience**:at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- **Positivity**: a team player with a willingness to learn and robust work ethic
- **Flexibility**:availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
