Digital Optimisation Manager (Toowong)

**Purpose of the Role** In this role, you'll lead our ambitious A/B testing program, focused on optimizing digital journeys for various insurance products. Your aim: boost conversion rates, revenue, and efficiency while prioritizing customer experience. As the A/B testing champion, you'll collaborate closely with product owners, underwriters, and marketing experts to execute tests effectively. You'll oversee test implementation in a regulated environment and continuously refine our testing process. Your mission? Cultivate a culture of experimentation and drive ideation for future tests.

**Position Accountabilities**
- Ownership of A/B testing program and capabilities
- Ownership of complex end-to-end testing process from ideation to analysis
- Work with stakeholders from across the business to identify opportunities for A/B testing
- Develop proposals for optimisation projects for a broad range of internal stakeholders
- Work with UX/UI Specialists, Developers and Testers to build and deliver tests
- Implement tests via A/B testing software
- Monitor ongoing tests and provide frequent reporting on progress
- Deliver concise and engaging analysis and reporting on concluded tests for a wide range of audiences
- Ensure business and compliance approval of all optimisation projects

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Familiarity with A/B testing in a digital workplace
- Google Optimize, Adobe Target or similar digital optimisation software
- Google Analytics (Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio highly regarded)
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts behind A/B testing
- MS Excel
- HTML and Javascript knowledge highly regarded
