Marketing Test Analyst (Toowong)

**The Role**

**Position Accountabilities**
- Collaborate with MMA teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Follow divisional processes to write test cases that identify weaknesses and mitigate risks.
- Work with BI or Technology teams to provide test estimations and clarify requirements.
- Conduct thorough QA testing for content, data integration, and functionality across various platforms and devices.
- Create test cases with requirement traceability.
- Analyze and test website communications with complex analytics platforms.
- Test page views, events, and custom data tracking for analytics platforms.
- Have an in-depth understanding of in-browser testing techniques such as monitoring network and console logs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution, or relevant qualifications/experience deemed acceptable by Auto and General.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Test Analyst.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating test plans, traceability matrices, test case design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Experience with digital analytics or business analytics testing.
- Proficiency in mobile app development and device testing.
- Experience in automation testing.
