Process Analyst (Toowong)

**Purpose of the Role**

Join our dynamic Growth Ops team driving top-tier customer experiences. Liaise with senior stakeholders, document processes, enhance controls, and lead process design. Be pivotal in shaping our journey to become Australia’s premier insurer, crafting unparalleled customer engagement programs.

**Position Accountabilities**
- Map operational processes, design new ones, and improve controls.
- Provide detailed documentation and requirements for complex processes.
- Monitor, report, and evolve existing programs and controls.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships within teams and across departments.
- Understand data landscape and security/compliance obligations.
- Lead process workshops and gather requirements from users.
- Serve as SME for departmental processes and controls.
- Establish clear documentation standards.
- Support change management and training initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce technical debt.
- Validate solution designs and outputs against requirements.
- Analyse stakeholder needs and facilitate solution identification.
- Aid end-users in understanding and adopting changes.
- Contribute to Community of Practice for Business Analysts.

**Qualifications and Experience**: Essential:

- Deep understanding of business systems, areas, and products.
- Extensive experience documenting processes for large-scale transformations.
- Proficient in organizing and facilitating process workshops.
- Experienced with complex technology stacks and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and a team player.

Desired:

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Background in financial and regulated industries.
- Experience with Jira & Confluence.
