**About this opportunity**

This is an exciting role in a well-established team. The Finance Officer is responsible for financial functions to support our growing business to ensure all financial tasks are completed accurately and all regulatory requirements are met.

Based in our Toowong office, this opportunity calls for someone with solid communication, organizational, and administrative skills to effectively manage and support the financial requirements of a busy office.

**In this role you will**:

- Process accounts receivable
- Process accounts payable
- Month end reconciliation and reporting
- Assist with processing BAS, Payroll Tax and Superannuation payments
- Process claims through the government aged care online service (ACOS)
- Update client records with Services Australia
- Preparation of home care package monthly client financial statements
- Maintain accurate financial records to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the company

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in a finance role or administration experience
- Relevant accounting, finance or related qualification advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- A connecting, skilled team player with an eye for operational excellence in a rapidly growing organization
- Strong customer service skills with a versatile approach
