Practice Manager (Highgate Hill)

**Our client is a General Practice in Highgate. We are seeking a Practice Manager to maintain the established streamlined practice systems of this friendly family practice.**

**This role involves taking full ownership of the Practice Management role with the support of a Head Office. This position will involve**:

- Daily hands-on Practice Management and participation in practice administration
- Overseeing the Learning and Development opportunities of staff members (Nursing and administration)
- Manage performance evaluations, rostering and work flow
- Carrying out the recruitment process (Administration and Nursing Support staff) and Doctor Induction
- Practice Accreditation activities and development of practice manuals
