Team Leader
26.50 + 11.5% Superannuation
Monday to Friday role, no late nights:
ASAP start:

Chartwells are specialists in providing catering and hospitality services in education. Our goal is to provide engaging and nutritious dining solutions tailored to support academic achievement at the highest levels.
THE POSITION
Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for daily service, as well as a variety of functions
Maintain effective customer and client relationships
Mentor and support your team, and provide training for current staff as required
Maintain focus on Food and People safety
THE PERSON
Current Blue Card, or ability to obtain
Experience leading and directing a team to present high quality food and beverages
Previous catering or hospitality experience
Good eye for detail, and consistency
Previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor preferred
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy
Solid understanding of allergen management and food safety
