About the role

Provide exceptional guest service

Manage workload and follow company procedures to increase productivity and ensure effective operations of the restaurant

Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service including addressing guest needs & concerns

Lead By Example by embodying our company's values and fostering a positive work culture

About you

Passion for People: customer-focused with a robust commitment to providing exceptional service

Communication Skills:strong communication and interpersonal skills

Adaptability:ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail

Experience:at least 2 years restaurant experience and 1 years previous experience in people management; previous bar experience preferred

Positivity: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic

Flexibility:availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
