Position: Service Co-ordinator

Criteria:

Previous experience in Reception or Administration role (not essential)

Be self-motivated and work well in a Team environment

Possess an attitude and culture of Honesty, Integrity and Ethics

Possess great communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Responsibilities Include:

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries

Respond to incoming phone calls and emails

Process of customer orders

Logging customer service requests

Dispatching technicians
