This Account Executive position is a permanent full-time role at our office in Mt Coot-tha.

**Enough about us! What youll do as an Account Executive** :

This role is responsible for supporting the Sales team working on a dedicated portfolio of accounts, ensuring that the administrative and customer service functions are delivered with the utmost care and accuracy.

**Functions will also include** :

+ Provide administrative support to nominated Account Managers in an effective, detailed and timely manner + Deliver a high level of client satisfaction through providing prompt, customer-focused and professional responses to enquiries and requests from clients + Designing, preparing and checking client proposals and revenue reports + Accurate management of client database + Work collaboratively with a range of different team members and stakeholders as required

**What are we looking for in an Account Executive?

Whats important?**

+ Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook + Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal + Proactive and able to use initiative to solve problems and navigate challenges with a positive attitude + Great attention to detail + Proven experience in a customer service focused role

**Extra points for the following, but not essential:**

+ Previous media industry experience would be great + Exposure to working with a client database
