Greenslopes LPO is seeking reliable, detail-oriented professionals to join our team delivering essential Australia Post services — including banking, identity verification, and parcel logistics.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, professionalism, and customer experience.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing over-the-counter postal, banking, and identity services with accuracy and care
- Handling and processing parcels efficiently, both in-store and on delivery runs
- Building strong relationships with local business customers
- Advising customers on the best postal and logistics solutions
- Contributing to a well-organised, high-performing team environment

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong attention to detail and personal accountability
- Confident communicator with a professional, customer-first approach
- Physically capable of handling parcels (up to 16kg)
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to drive company vans
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accuracy under pressure

**Highly regarded**:

- Experience in retail, logistics, or customer service
- Experience handling cash, banking, or regulated services
- Initiative and potential for future leadership responsibilities

**Multiple Positions Available (Including Supervisor Role)**

We are currently hiring for multiple positions, including an opportunity for an experienced **Supervisor** to take on additional responsibility within the team.

**Supervisor Responsibilities**: In addition to the standard duties, the Supervisor will:

- Lead by example in customer service, professionalism, and accuracy
- Support day-to-day team operations, ensuring smooth workflow across both the retail and road aspects
- Coordinate staff breaks and shift coverage to maintain consistent service levels
- Assist with training and onboarding of recent team members
- Monitor work quality and provide guidance to maintain high standards
- Act as a key point of contact for escalations and problem-solving

**What we’re looking for in a Supervisor**:

- Proven ability to lead or support a team in a retail, logistics, or service environment
- Strong organisational skills and confidence in managing competing priorities
- Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- High level of accountability and attention to detail

**Details**:

- Hours: 09:00

- Salary: $50,000
- $70,000 (based on experience)
- Location: Greenslopes (in-person role)
