**The Role**
The Change Practice Lead holds a pivotal role, shaping foundational strategies that drive cultural change and cultivating an inclusive, high-performance culture across the group. This role is responsible for architecting robust change management frameworks and establishing standards that align with the organisation’s vision and strategic objectives. Through setting clear, sustainable methodologies, the Change Practice Lead ensures the business is prepared to navigate complex changes smoothly while fostering a culture of adaptability, engagement, and continuous improvement. The role champions our cultural maturity through values-based initiatives, frameworks, and standards
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop adaptable change management frameworks that align with the organisation's strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with change managers to create practical, business-focused strategies and plans to achieve desired outcomes efficiently, within budget and on schedule
- Establish a set of standards and best practices for managing cultural and change initiatives across the group. These standards should ensure consistency, sustainability, and alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Remove barriers by identifying and addressing any obstacles that are preventing the successful implementation of change, including addressing resistance, providing training, and improving communication
- Establish key metrics and regularly report to the board or executive committee on cultural and change management progress, demonstrating the impact on the organisation.
- Ensure change practices are fit for purpose and relevant to the organisation's objectives.
- Use data to track cultural initiatives, analyse trends, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring an agile approach to refining cultural programs
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline (Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology). A post graduate qualification would be preferred.
- Demonstrated success in the development and execution of targeted risk maturity or similar programs.
- Deep experience in an HR operational senior leadership role.
- Exceptional leadership capability and the ability to develop highly engaged and capable teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the development of board papers and business cases
- Ability to think strategically and a strong track record in delivering results.
- Strong analytical ability and presentation skills.
- Experience managing change in organisations and building strong and effective relationships
- Commercial acumen and the ability to successfully translate business requirements into people priorities
- Experience in high growth and/or fast past business
- Experience in a regulated industry, financial services or professional services favourable
- Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and understand various perspectives and use cases
- Proven ability to work-with and present-to Executive leaders and Boards
