**The role**: As our new Consultant, you will be required to sell, add value, and retain Pet Health Insurance products whilst providing exceptional customer service and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Position Accountabilities**:

- Communicate with customers via digital chat, outbound and inbound calls
- Secure sales from customers who have recently visited our website or called our contact centre
- Assist with refining and improving processes within the Pet Sales TeamProvide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations

**What experience you’ll bring**:

- Experience in a Call Centre setting, General Insurance or Financial services beneficial
- Experience in interacting and servicing customers via phone call
- Demonstrated ability to learn all aspects of the Sales Process & identify sales opportunities quickly
- Ability to adapt to change, e xcellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literate and able to learn new systemsA strong team player who works in collaboration with others
