Join our team! Our small family business located in Greenslopes is looking for an Office Administration Assistant to come on board. We specialize in used vehicles and we are looking for a hardworking professional to join our team.

As an Office Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to messages, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork. You will also be required to assist customers with showing vehicles and providing basic knowledge and completing essential paperwork.

About you

Proficiency in English is a fundamental requirement for this position.

Positive attitude, with a "can-do" skilled approach and strong work ethic

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Excellent customer service

Friendly disposition and exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal

Proficiency in data entry
