Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Payable Officer, your responsibilities will include:

Full function Accounts Payable

Review and process payments within company payment terms

Manage statement reconciliations for suppliers and sub-contractors

Participate and assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the timely and productive processes required by our Accounts Payable team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar role

Solid attention to detail and organisational skills

Skilled written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill

Ability to work in a team environment and have initiative when working independently

Strong relationship building with all relevant stakeholders

A down to earth, fun, friendly and professional approach to your work
