The Role: Balancing Care and Coordination

This isn't your average desk job—it's the **heart of our operations**, ensuring our valued clients receive the highest quality care on time, every time. You will be the crucial link between our clients and our dedicated Care Workers, tackling complex scheduling challenges with confidence and grace.

**Your day-to-day will involve**:

- **Mastering the Roster**: Designing and maintaining efficient, client-centric schedules and rosters for our team of Care Workers.
- **Expert Multi-Tasking**: Seamlessly managing multiple scheduling demands, appointments, and changes simultaneously.
- **Proactive Liaison**: Being the primary point of contact for clients and Care Workers, handling inquiries, communicating updates, and fostering strong professional relationships.
- **Last-Minute Logistical Ninja**: Skillfully managing and balancing urgent, last-minute requests and unexpected changes to maintain continuity of care.

Who We're Looking For:

- **Exceptional Communication Skills**: The ability to liaise clearly and professionally with a diverse range of clients and staff.
- **Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities**: A natural aptitude for turning complex logístical challenges into smooth solutions.
