Trainee Business Manager Finance And Insurance Sales Taringa

Sci-Fleet Motors is a family-owned business that has been servicing South East QLD for over 40 years. Employing over 550 staff, Sci-Fleet has multiple Toyota, Lexus and Hino dealerships spanning across South East QLD which look after all aspects of motoring including Parts, Service, Finance and Insurance.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate person to join our Finance and insurance team, located in Taringa, New Cars. We believe that our success is attributed to our staff and the assurances they provide to our guests.

This is a permanent, full time position with flexibility on the official start date for the right candidate.

In this role and reporting to the Group Finance Operations Manager, you will work as an integral part of our Insurance & Finance department, and will be responsible for an array of duties including but not limited to: The presentation of finance and insurance products to our guests The preparation and submission of financial applications to our lenders to achieve swift positive guest outcomes, and Building up a robust portfolio through a wide exposure to the dealership Oversee financial aspect of the sales process within the dealership

We want to hear from you if you have: A keen attitude and eagerness to learn and develop your skillset Excellent organisational and time management skills Explicit credit file and police record A guest centric attitude with a focus on delivering the ultimate guest experience Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team A current valid Queensland drivers’ licence Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
