About the Project
Ventia has several businesses and joint ventures that provide specialized services to our clients and their customers. The Ventia Training Services team deliver nationally accredited and recognized training courses, as well as business-specific training. The Manager of Ventia's Registered Training team is seeking an Undergraduate Data Analyst with data analytics experience from their uni studies to further develop their skills and support the team with scraping data and identifying trends.

You'll be provided with training and guidance from RTO GM and wider team on an Initial 9 month requirement with the opportunity for ongoing work beyond if suitable.
About the Role
You will develop your skills and receive experience in
Contributing to the development and coordination of quality program data and feedback from internal stakeholders, ensuring the content is analyzed, reviewed and updated regularly.
Co-ordinating the monitoring and reporting of Learning and Engagement programs, activities, costs, performance, etc, as required, via feedback, surveys, participant interviews.
Through Ventia training data trend analysis, contribute to identifying and analyzing employee learning and engagement needs across Ventia.
About You
To be successful for the role, we're looking for the following experience in a uni or work environment:
Data analytic skills from Business, Marketing or IT studies.
Survey Monkey experience or similar system.
Process improvement experience.
Experience in Trend analysis and presenting recommendations.
Administrative Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred but not essential.
