Restaurant Operations Manager West End

Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and lounge. Lead, train, mentor, and manage FOH and BOH teams. Develop and maintain exceptional customer service standards. Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews. Prepare and manage rosters in line with labour budgets and business needs. Monitor venue presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards. Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health & safety, liquor licensing, and company policies. Manage inventory, stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering processes. Analyse sales, labour costs, and operational performance to improve profitability. Coordinate private events, functions, and special venue activations. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Work closely with ownership to implement business strategies, promotions, and operational improvements. Maintain solid communication between kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
