We are seeking a creative, driven, and highly organised Videographer & Content Creator to join our team and help elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can capture, create, and edit engaging content that showcases our properties, people, and culture. This role will play a key part in producing high-quality marketing content for social media, property campaigns, and auction events. Working closely with our sales and property management teams, you will be responsible for creating content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and highlights the success of our business. Key Responsibilities Video Production

- Film and edit property walkthrough videos.
- Capture and produce auction day content.
- Create agent profile and branding videos.
- Produce client testimonial videos.
- Film office events, team culture content, and community initiatives. Social Media Content Creation

- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content.
- Identify and execute content trends relevant to the real estate industry.
- Assist in building personal brands for agents through video content. Editing & Post Production

- Edit videos to a professional standard with captions, transitions, music, and branding.
- Ensure content is optimised for each platform.
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all content. Photography (Preferred)

- Property photography experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Ability to capture property photography when required will be viewed favourably. About You

The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience filming and editing video content.
- Be confident using professional camera equipment and editing software.
- Have strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- Be highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be proactive, creative, and comfortable working independently.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a valid driver's licence and have reliable transport. Preferred Skills

- Experience within real estate media or property marketing.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Drone operation experience (licence desirable but not essential).
- Property photography experience.
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are advantageous. What We Offer
