**Who are we looking for?**: We are searching for a dedicated Customer Engagement Officer who shares our commitment to providing exceptional customer service within the Community Aged Care Health & Wellness sector. This role requires a passionate individual who places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

**What can you expect to be doing?**: As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and feedback integration of older adults participating in our Community Aged Care Health & Wellness programs. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate feedback processes, resolve concerns, and promote service excellence through proactive engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

**What do you need to bring?**: Qualifications in Customer Experience, Aged Care Services, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating competence in customer-centric roles.
