**About the Role**
**Reporting directly to the Des’s Minibus Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:
- **Developing effective solutions to meet customer needs**:
- **Liaising with customers and drivers to coordinate transport services**:
- **Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders**:
- **Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements**:
- **Delivering high-quality customer service in line with company standards**:
- **Promoting a positive image of the company at all times**:
- **Maintaining a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with OHS policies**
**About You**
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- **Sound knowledge of the Greater Metro area**:
- **Strong written and verbal communication skills**:
- **A customer-centric and solution-focused approach**:
- **The ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships**:
- **Excellent organisational and time management skills**:
- **The ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure**:
- **A friendly, reliable, and professional attitude**
