**Our Graduate Program**: Our Allied Health Graduate Program is designed to offer you a comprehensive learning experience, enabling you to develop the skills and expertise necessary to excel in your career. This year we are offering places for **Occupational Therapists **and **Speech Pathologists.**
Graduates who join one of our teams in metropolitan Adelaide enjoy fun, flexible and diverse teams allowing for varied clinical experiences. You will be supporting customers across various programs within Aged Care Services or Paediatrics and Disability.
There is so much on offer over the 12 months. You’ll enjoy:
- Weekly **clinical 1:1 supervision **meetings with a senior therapist
- A **dedicated mentor** to guide you through personal and professional adjustments and challenges
- accelerating your personal and professional career development
- A **mixed case load** along with flexible billable hours which can increase based on your individual learning capability
