Casual Cleaner (Welland)

Position Purpose

The Gym Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment within the gym. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that all areas of the gym, including change rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces, are kept in top condition. The Gym Cleaner will work to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to a positive experience for gym members and staff.

- Must be 18 years of age

- Willing to work in a 24/7 business

- Previous Cleaning Experience

- Dedicated and Passionate Individual

- Unlimited Working Rights

- Driver licence

- Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain)

Position Overview
- Ensure all gym areas, including bathrooms, disabled facilities, parking and entry areas are clean, maintained and presentable

- Vacuum and mop all areas, including gym floors, group fitness rooms, offices, storerooms, staffrooms, and the shopfront.

- Empty garbage bins and collect general rubbish inside and outside the gym.

- Wipe down and disinfect gym equipment.

- Replace paper towels and refill disinfectant spray bottles as needed.
