We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute Data & Organisational Analyst to strengthen our data capabilities and support evidence-based strategic decision-making across football and commercial operations.
**About the Role**
This position operates across multiple departments including the Consumer Business, Football and Commercial, delivering advanced analytical insights and decision-support intelligence to senior leadership.
You will translate complex, multi-source data into commercially actionable strategies that influence management planning, football performance, fan engagement and commercial growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategic Business Analysis_
- Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis across organisational, financial, operational and performance data.
- Develop predictive forecasting and scenario models.
- Identify trends, risks, growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Provide executive-level strategic advisory insights.
- Performance Framework Development_
- Design and implement structured KPIs across football, consumer and commercial functions.
- Establish benchmarking methodologies aligned to targets and industry standards.
- Develop integrated performance dashboards for all departments.
- Data Governance & Systems Integration_
- Design and maintain integrated data architecture across CRM, ticketing/ membership, commercial and football.
- Ensure data integrity, security and reporting consistency.
- Develop structured data models and reporting protocols.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting_
- Build automated dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
- Deliver insights across:
- Ticketing and match day attendance trends.
- Membership acquisition and retention.
- Commercial revenue performance.
- Digital engagement.
- Football analytics metrics.
- Analyse fan behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
- Football Analytics_
- Develop analytical models assessing team performance and player development for Men’s, Women’s and Youth programs.
- Support scouting, player recruitment and retention modelling.
- Design and maintain GPS performance dashboards for all teams.
- Develop Player Performance Index and Individual Development Program models.
- Deliver opposition and benchmarking analysis.
- Process Optimisation_
- Identify workflow inefficiencies.
- Design automated to reduce manual workload.
- Recommend system improvements to enhance cross-departmental access to information.
**About You**
You are a highly analytical thinker who can operate autonomously at executive advisory level. You are commercially minded, technically strong, and able to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Essential Qualifications & Experience_
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years’ professional experience in business analytics, organisational analysis, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated experience working with complex datasets and enterprise reporting systems.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Power BI or Tableau
- SQL
- Advanced Excel
- Statistical / data modelling tools
- Core Capabilities_
- Advanced quantitative modelling and analytical reasoning.
- Strategic and commercial thinking.
- Robust executive-level communication skills.
- Data governance knowledge.

Pay: $80,000.00
