You'll champion our L&D; function, partner with stakeholders in Residential Aged Care, and **design & deliver** impactful learning experiences that empower our people to thrive.

**In this role, you'll**:
- ** Lead the design and delivery **of compliance training** **to improve learning outcomes in Residential Aged Care
- ** Become a trusted advisor**, collaborating with leaders in Aged Care to identify & address learning needs.
- ** Shape the future of L&D;** by developing & implementing strategic plans & innovative programs.
- ** Craft engaging learning journeys**, encompassing face-to-face, blended, and eLearning experiences.
- ** Be a tech champion**, leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.
- ** Become a change navigator**, proactively seeking opportunities to support leaders & teams through cultural shifts.
**We're looking for someone who**:
- Has 2-3 years of experience in an L&D; management role and a proven track record of success.
- Holds a Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
- Possesses exceptional leadership skills, inspiring & engaging a team.
- Has experience developing & delivering contemporary & engaging L&D; programs.
- Excels at building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities effectively.
- Is vaccinated for COVID-19 and influenza (or willing to obtain)
